We are committed to our clients, and offer a wide range of maintenance and property management services after we finish a project.

Our services don’t come to an end when the building has been completed. As part of our commitment to you, we provide all our clients with a ‘defects liability period’ that will commence on the agreed finishing date of the project – this means our team or relevant subcontractor will attend to any issues you may have regarding the work we have completed that arise within a specified time frame, generally between six to twelve months.

We also provide a hand-over pack for each client with all the important information relating to the completion of your project. This pack includes manuals for your appliances, electrics, plumbing, sanitary ware, and a full set of drawings. We want you to be fully equipped to care for your new home.

Our aftercare services also include:

Managing maintenance agreements
Technical reporting, advising insurers and loss adjustors

3, 6 or 12 monthly inspections
